Everest Base Camp Hike: Tengboche to Dingboche

Hiking in the thin layer of snow in the morning then dry, hot rocks, we gained 600 meters of elevation between Tengboche and Dingboche.

Following a trail of yaks, we crossed the infamous bridge that so many paintings and pictures portray with the beautiful Amadablam towering above. Photos can hardly even start to depict how stunning this tall, tall peak is.

With its jagged top and white flanks, the mountain followed us this day as we continued our path to base camp and the night’s accommodation in Dingboche.
